Director’s Statement

Dear Friend,

I felt there was a big demand for a documentary that in a short time could explain both what Falun Gong is, and how such a large scale persecution could begin, and still be happening today, against these meditators.

Many people I have met want to know more about the issue but might not have time to sit down and watch a longer documentary, so I thought a ten minute story could help fill that gap.

Personally, I had always wanted to sit down and listen to the people who were in China and experienced it first hand when it all happened; and so we did.

What you are about to see is a real story, largely ignored by mainstream media. It is told by first hand witnesses. I hope their voices can find a way into the hearts of the people watching, and help to one day end the persecution that is still going on in China.

Kind regards,
Mathias Magnason
